Don't expect a refund

I’ve purchased several hats from this site in the past, and the previous styles were great — comfortable and well-made. This time, I ordered two hats in a different style that unfortunately didn’t fit well, so I began the return process.

It has now been over two weeks since I shipped the hats back, and I’ve sent three separate emails asking for an update or a refund. I haven’t received a single response. At this point, I’ll have to dispute the charge with my card company since I have no hats and no refund.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. Buyers beware.
