Front caves in

Unfortunately, the top of the hat (front crown around the logo) caves in when I put it on and looks dented. I'll prefance by saying the Unity Performance Snapback (Biege/Black) is one of the best hats I've ever bought, but on this one (Sand/Black) must have been made different?
